University of Indianapolis offers opportunities at 22 colleges and universities in 32 foreign countries; in different languages (including English) and different fields of study.  You do not need a foreign language background to study abroad.  Most programs require little or no language experience.

Eligibility

In order to transfer academic credit, you must...

- be in good academic and disciplinary status

- get ALL courses you take abroad PRE-APPROVED at UIndy

- have at least a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher (a majority of programs require higher than a 2.5)

In order to use financial aid, you must... 

- be a full-time student for at least two semesters at the University of Indianapolis before you Study Abroad

- earn a grade of "C" (or equivalent) for each course while abroad

- maintain full-time student status while abroad (minimum of 12-credits for Fall and Spring terms)
